I'm receiving an ERROR message when trying to book
Please contact us to let us know of the exact error, please give as much detail as possible.

Where will I be seated ?
All of our tickets will be located in the home section. In any other case, we will notice you through an advertisement on the web site.

Will my seats be together?
Our seats are sold in pairs, so for odd numbered orders we cannot guarantee that all seats will be together. It is very unlikely that this does happen, but you should be aware that there is a small chance that your seats may not all be together especially if you are travelling with young children. We will do our best to get tickets together and the earlier you book the more chance you will have of being seated in one place.

When will I know the exact time and date of kick-off?
In Spain, the day and time of kick-off is only confirmed the week before the match, with games being played either on the Sunday and Saturday (approx. kick off times 8.45-9.45pm). Every Monday our web page is updated with dates and times of the following weekends matches. European Competitions such as the Champion's League, details are known in advance. It is the responsibility of the traveller to know the exact kick off time and date of a match. You can check local press and our website for the schedule 7 days before.

What if I don't have my passport number with me when I'm booking?
You can enter the date of birth as a 6-figure number for the person that is booking
i.e. 12th September 1977 would be 120977

What if my tickets aren't delivered ?
In the very unlikely event that your tickets are not ready to be picked up you are issued with this 24 hour emergency helpline: +34 902 903 912 you can also send a text message (SMS) to 00 34 615 83 57 36 if for any reason you can not contact us through the above number.

Can you book my flights?
As we are a ground tour operator only, we book flights as you would, online, using airlines such as Ryanair (Girona/Reus 1.5 hrs from Barcelona centre), Easyjet and BA, but as we charge a booking fee of £10 per flight we recommend that you book your own flights www.skyscanner.net, www.ryanair.com or www.easyjet.com

Child Tickets
Children up to the age of 7 years old are admitted FREE of charge.

Disabled Area
The disabled area at Nou Camp stadium is within the Category 2 ticket area behind the goal.

Where I can pick up my tickets?
You have 4 options for delivery:
• Delivery to your hotel's reception, generally they will arrive the night before the match by courier they are signed for, and then are ready for you to pick up. (For events outside of Spain, tickets can only be delivered to the hotel).
• Delivery in your home or office. (If ordered at least 10 days before event, in the UK - 40 euro charge)
• If you prefer it you can pick up your tickets in our delivery points in Spain (see below). Your tickets will be delivered one or two days before the event.
• If using the FREE Coach transfer service you can collect your ticket from the Coach Driver

What if I want to stay in an apartment in Barcelona?
We can also deliver to your apartment but you MUST make sure that you have provided us with a mobile number in the Comments box for a mobile that you will be using during your stay. This is in order for us to contact you when the tickets are about to be delivered. As many apartments are in shared buildings it is important that your tickets are delivered securely to you in person.

What if I don't know where I will be staying when I buy the tickets?
When placing your order, there is an option you can select if you don't know where you are going to stay. As soon as you know, send us an e-mail quoting your order number and the name of the hotel were you will be staying.

How do I get to the Nou Camp Stadium?

A FREE return coach transfer comes with every FC Barcelona Home ticket purchased through us. The meeting point is located at Plaza Colon (Colon statue (Columbus) near Port Vell) two hours before the kick-off time. The bus will remain in the Nou Camp car park area throughout the game. Once the match has finished, the bus will leave the car park and it will make two stops: one in Plaza Catalunya and the other one in Plaza Espanya.
The Barcelona Metro system is also extensive, with several Metro stops just outside Nou Camp Stadium. (Placa Reial, Les Corts, Collblanc & Maria Cristina)

Is the payment secure?
mainevent.es has opted to charge paid orders by credit card using the Caixa de Catalunya ServiRed secure payment gateway.

• This payment system guarantees application to this transaction of the most secure and modern protocols available at our bank.
• During the transaction, no information will be revealed related to the contents of your order, and all that shall be noted will be the cost of the same and the reference number.
• Transmission of data between mainevent.es and the Caixa de Catalunya ServiRed secure payment gateway is made using SSL security protocol and the information is sent in encrypted form, so that it is not susceptible to interference.
• Once credit card payment has been validated, the payment gateway will return the result of the operation to mainevent.es for finalisation of the order.

How do I know if my purchase has been made correctly?
Within minutes you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details, including the event(s), number of tickets and their category.

How do I check how many tickets are left?
If you scroll down you can see a percentage amount which indicates how many tickets are left in stock for each category.

What does it mean if tickets are on request*?
The tickets shown in orange or marked with an asterix * are NOT confirmed. Once we receive the ticket(s) that are on request, we will do our best to find the tickets for you. Within 48 hours you will receive details of the ticket(s) we can offer you, which you can then confirm or decline.

Can I buy tickets for events that do not appear on your website?
Send us your request via email and we will do our best to find your tickets and get back to you as soon as possible.

Hotel & Ticket Packages
The Ticket + Hotel packages include a ticket per person. If you select 2 persons at the time of ordering, you will receive 2 tickets with your Hotel package, your bill will show a quantity of 1 but this refers to one package and does not reflect number of people.

How will I receive my Hotel voucher ready for check in?
After you have receieved your order confirmation via email. You will receive another email from the same address with an attachment. this is your Hotel Voucher, you will need to print this out and take with you ready for check-in at the hotel.

What hotels can I stay in?
If you cannot find a hotel to suit your needs from the selection below, you can buy your tickets online separately and then choose a specially selected UKSG hotel located throughout Barcelona city

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a fixture is moved from a Sunday to Saturday or vice versa, we do not accept any cancellation. If a fixture is moved from a Wednesday to any other day of the week, we do not neither accept any cancellation, in order to fit in with Champions League obligations and television coverage.
It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure suitable travel arrangements are in place. These changes can take place at any time up to seven days before the match. Once purchased, the tickets are not subject to refunds or exchanges.
It is the responsibility of the traveller to know the exact kick off time and date of a match. You can check local press and websites for exact schedule, at www.lfp.es you will know the exact kick off time and date.
You buy a ticket for a particular game and not necessarily on a particular date. Therefore if the game is cancelled we offer a refund equal to the face value of the ticket, a ticket for the rescheduled date or a ticket to an alternative game. The last option may incur a further payment or a small refund. For all tickets printed with the name of the customer, in case you can not access to the ground, will not be the responsibility of MAIN EVENT S.L.

EXTRA SECURITY MEASURES
As a security measure for credit card purchases we may request, on delivery of the tickets, to see the account holder’s passport or national identity card, as well as the card used to make the payment. For deliveries outside of the city where the event takes place or in cases of suspected fraud, we may request the client to fax copies of the passport and card before the tickets are sent. We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is any suspicion of fraudulent purchase.
